B'ville Rotary Charter Night 2026

Join us for Baldwinsville Rotary’s Charter Night: an evening of fellowship, good food and fun as we celebrate our club's 54th birthday and raise funds to support club activities and operations.

Dinner will be buffet-style and will include salad, a selection of Italian pastas, dessert and soft drinks. Gluten and dairy free options will be available, but please reach out to Ken if you have other dietary concerns.

Alcohol is not included, but drinks may be purchased individually at the bar.

We will also have a 50/50 raffle during the evening - bring some cash if you wish to participate!

Register by October 21

It is $75/person and space is limited to 50. Guests are welcome.

New This Year: Rotary Small Group Experiences Raffle

1. Buy chances. Chances are $2 each, with a limit of 25 per person (members and guests). You can buy them ahead of time on the online registration form here, or with cash or card at Charter Night. They are sold online in packages of 5, 10 or 25 for ease of checkout - please abide by the max allowed per person when purchasing.
2. See the experiences. We'll announce the full list of experiences at Charter Night.
3. Pick your favorites. Put your chances in for the experiences you'd like to attend. You can put all of them on one experience or spread them across several.
4. Winners are drawn at a later Rotary event. Each Rotarian or Guest may “win” up to two events.
