 based and enamel (including textured coatings)\, as well as primers\, stai
 ns\, sealers and clear coatings such as shellac and varnish\, are accepte
 d from households and businesses for recycling at no cost through the pr
 ogram. Several year-round drop off locations are available in NYS.
